On Sunday, July 27, Cinémoi, in association with STYLE Fashion Week, presented the 1st Annual International Film Awards, held at the legendary Saban Theater in Beverly Hills.
The star-studded event, hosted by UK's favorite talk show host Jonathan Ross and platinum recording artist and actress Jordin Sparks, honored the world's greatest fashion films and icons. Joan & Melissa Rivers were recognized with an IFFA Icon Award for having revolutionized the way the world of fashion is seen on television after creating, hosting and producing "LIVE From The Red Carpet" for E! Gigi Lepage, costume designer extraordinaire, was also awarded as an icon for her amazing talents in costume design. Some of her many accomplishments include her costume designs for the film "Grace of Monaco," as well as her designs for many Cartier and Dior commercials.
Kristin Cavallari made her highly anticipated return to the red carpet at the event just five months after giving birth to her second son Camden, wearing a crimson Zac Posen dress that accentuated her trim post-baby body. The former MTV reality star also carried Glomesh's gold "Sarah" bag and added a touch of glamour with L'Dezen Jewellery.
Tyson Beckford walked the carpet looking mighty fine in an Alexander Nash suit while Lance Bass attended along with his fiance Michael Turchin and proudly showed off his new blue hair.
Other famous faces in attendence included Tia Mowry-Hardric, Jeanne Mai, designer Michael Costello, Bai Ling, Andrew Keegan, Lily Ghalichi, photographer Tony Duran and many more.
"Cinémoi is proud to present the IFFAs to American and global viewers," said Cinémoi President Daphna Ziman. "We congratulate the Fashion Icons and Hollywood Stars that have come together to deliver style and distinction to fashion and films."
An exclusive poolside after-party followed the award show atop the roof of the Sixty Hotel in Beveryl Hills.
The awards show will air on Aug. 3 on Cinémoi (Ch. 236 on Verizon FiO) and will also be syndicated by Comcast.
