FTL MODA collaborated with the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation and Global Disability for NYFW Spring/Summer 2016 (SS2016). The presentation was held on September 13, 2015, at the Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Station.

Last season FTL MODA's fashion show featured models with disabilities from around the world, highlighting the importance of redefining fashion industry standards. The show was such a success, that FTL MODA continued to showcase disabled models for their SS16 presentation.

This season, the 18-year-old Australian model with Down Syndrome, Madeline Stuart, paved FTL MODA's runway in a piece by Designer, Hendrik Vermeulen.

The FTL MODA show featured collections by Carmen Steffens, Andrea Wild, Alexandra Frida, Archana Kochhar, Hendrik Vermeulen and Anna's Loud. Most, if not all 2015 fashion trends will transition into spring/summer 2016.

Fashion-forward Brazilian brand Carmen Steffens' collection consisted of cut out dresses, floral patterns, iridescent and gold embellishments.

The luxury ready-to-wear label, Anna's Loud is known for its feminine fashion. The collection featured cut out swimsuits, fully opened chest ensembles and A-line silhouettes for spring/summer 2016.

Bob cuts and the brand's infamous feather prints paved the runway at the Alexandra Frida show. Bright blue, red, purple and fuchsia shades donned the spring/summer 2016 collection.

Archana Kochhar's line featured white, cream and gold hues adorned by 3-D floral embellishments and headpieces. Known for Indian and contemporary silhouettes, sarees and draped lehengas had a strong presence for Kochhar's spring/summer 2016 collection.

Berlin-based designer Andrea Wild showcased monochromatic colors, plunging necklines, mesh tops and the occasional "lighter than air" fur piece for spring/summer 2016.

It's safe to say the '60s era rocked the runway; aquatic hues and psychedelic patterns set the tone for the Hendrik Vermeulen spring/summer 2016 line. A portion of the collection featured ruffles and feathers, delivering a whimsical feel to the runway.
