Eric Decker gave a big surprise to pregnant wife Jessie, according to E! News.
The reality show "Eric & Jessie: Game On" showed the former Denver Broncos' wide receiver, set to play for the New York Jets next NFL season, and the country singer making preparations for the birth of their daughter Viviana Rose.
With the Broncos' season ending at the time of filming, Eric got more time together with his wife. He joked in the show, saying that he is attracted to butts.
Jessie said that she was happy to have her husband back after his NFL stint. She later went downstairs and spoke to her younger sister Sydney James about their current status.
Sydney, on the other hand, told Jessie that she is seeing a young gentleman but their relationship is not working out. The elder James advised her younger sister to move on.
On the other hand, Eric's former teammate Demaryius Thomas also dropped by the Decker's residence to help in building the baby crib. Both the American football players had a hard time in constructing the crib.
Afterward, Jessie's songwriting partner Alyssa came in and helped in baking and making a new song that would be included in Jessie's new album.
Another Denver Bronco, Wesley Woodyard, paid the Deckers a visit together with his wife, who was also pregnant by the time the reality show was taped, to engage in a baby swaddling showdown with Eric, who eventually won the contest.
But the best has yet to come in that episode as Eric revealed the big surprise to his wife. Eric began showing the said surprise by giving Jessie two white roses.
Then he led her downstairs and toward Tiffany Benson, who Eric hired for his and Jessie's special dinner. Benson cooked a Louisiana, southern style six course meal for the couple.
Jessie was pleased by the surprise and kissed Eric for giving her a romantic dinner. The NFL star admitted that he wanted to make it up to her after being away for most of the time because of the American football season and celebrate their current relationship.
The next episode of "Eric & Jessie: Game On," will provide the highlights of the birth of Viviana Rose Decker last March 18.
