At Wimbledon, Parsons sat beside his partner Todd Spiewak while cheering for Bouchard. He also took selfies and played tennis at the Jacob's Creek Marquee tent.
According to Bouchard, she and Parsons exchanged emails as pen pals after meeting through their agents. On her recent post, she referred to Parsons as her "most favorite supporter."
The 20-year-old tennis ace from Canada said "The Big Bang Theory" is her favorite show.
"His character is my favourite character. So it's amazing that he's a fan of me 'cause I'm like the biggest fan of him," Bouchard said about Parsons. "He's e-mailed me after every single match I've played. He's more positive than all of my team combined. So it's a refreshing change to get a nice e-mail with exclamation marks and smiley faces."
On Sept. 22, "The Big Bang Theory" is returning to CBS on its eighth season complete with its mainstay cast: Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik, Sara Gilbert, Melissa Rauch and Kevin Sussman.
Aside from supporting Bouchard, Parsons also visited other tennis players including tennis couple Martin Emmrich and Michaella Krajicek as well as India's Sania Mirza, according to Tennis World.
After defeating Petkovic, Bouchard moved into the fourth round of grass court major. Recently, she also defeated France's Alize Cornet allowing her to advance to the Wimbledon quarter-finals, CTV News reported.
"I'm really proud of how I fought. It was not an easy match. She's a good player and gets a lot of balls back," Bouchard said about the match and Cornet. "I tried to finish off the points, which I managed. It was my first time under the famous roof. It's quite humid, not a lot of air circulating."
