Every year the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences honors the best in TV. Due to the ongoing writers and actors' strikes, however, the 75th Annual Emmy Awards will no longer be held on September 18. This isn't the first time the ceremony has been delayed. Back in 2001, the award show was postponed after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. It was held two months later.
This time no new date has been announced. The ceremony may take place in November or possibly January 2024. Of course, the duration of the strikes will most likely impact the final decision.
