It was developed by former global head of HR for Elizabeth Arden Lita Cunningham, who always had trouble finding treatments that address her oily complexion. So she created the clean, science-proven and inclusive brand she was always hoping for.

LALAIS kicks things off with four must-have products. The Perfecting Serum exfoliates to visibly improve skin, The Retinol Renew relies on three retinoids to battle the signs of aging, The Skin Perfecting Complex is a daily supplement that tackles oily skin triggers and The Blotting Compact contains blotting sheets that minimize dirt transfer to faces. Prices range from $38 to $250.
