Taylor Swift is a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment and music industry. The success of her recently concluded Eras Tour is solid proof that her influence is unmatched, and she's got no plans of going anywhere anytime soon! Aside from her music, we can't help but reminisce about the incredible ensembles she wore on the tour. And with the new docuseries out, here are five of our favorite outfits from the Eras Tour.
Versace's Pink Opening Suit – Lover
Taylor opened each show singing "Cruel Summer" while wearing a sparkly custom-made Versace suit for the Lover era. But out of all the colors she's donned throughout the course of the tour, we believe the sparkly pink suit with the blue embellishments is the best of the bunch. It perfectly captured the romantic and "fever dream high" vibe with its stunning detailing and fit.
Zuhair Murad's Blush Pink Tulle Ballgown – Speak Now
The Speak Now era only featured the song "Enchanted," and this is the only set that shows Taylor in a ball gown. Among the most memorable was the blush pink tulle ballgown created by none other than Zuhair Murad. The Lebanese designer had the dress covered in intricate pearls, crystals, and other beadwork in a starburst design. Indeed, Taylor looked like a princess straight out of an enchanting fairytale!
Roberto Cavalli's Black and Gold Jumpsuit – Reputation
Believe it or not, Taylor only wore one jumpsuit for 130 shows for the Reputation era before switching to another version. So, imagine everyone's surprise when she emerged in a black and gold version of the suit at the Miami leg of the tour. The Roberto Cavalli number featured a metallic gold snake instead of a red one, and it led frenzied fans to assume that she was going to announce the release of Reputation (Taylor's Version).
Alberta Ferretti's Green Dress – Folklore
Designer Alberta Feretti embodied cottage core when she designed the flowy dresses Taylor wore in her Evermore set. The dreamy fabric and soft textures made Taylor's performance even more dramatic and whimsical! The green dress, in particular, is one of the most stunning and made Taylor look like a woodland nymph.
Roberto Cavalli's Champagne Gold Fringe Dress – Fearless
Another Roberto Cavalli creation made this list, and we're not surprised. The designer actually created the original Fearless dress, which Taylor wore back in 2011 for a different tour. The updated version looks fresh but is still reminiscent of the original design.
Vivienne Westwood's White Slit Gown – The Tortured Poets Department
Taylor is a big fan of Vivienne Westwood's work, and she has worn many of her dresses during her Tortured Poets Department era, even when she's not onstage. At the tour, the pop songstress wore a white corset gown with song lyrics written on the fabric as she revealed the new set addition. The choker necklace and low-cut boots gave an old Victorian aesthetic that we absolutely adore.
