Like many other fashion houses, Gucci is going through a bit of an adjustment period right now. Creative Director Sabato De Sarno has been ousted and we probably won't be treated to Demna's Gucci until September. In the meantime, the Italian fashion label has a Cruise 2026 collection to present. We just found out that the Gucci Cruise 2026 show will take place on May 15 and will be unveiled at its historic brand archive, Palazzo Settimanni.

Those aren't the only things the house revealed. Turns out that the new offering is being designed by Gucci's in-house team. Which makes the selection of its archive pretty profound. The building in Florence was purchased all the way back in 1953. Before its 2021 transformation, it functioned as a showroom, a factory and a workshop. It will definitely serve as an interesting backdrop, especially if the collection references previous collections.
