Once the weather warms up, everyone wants to break out bright colors, from clothing to makeup. That goes for nail polish, too. There's a couple of different ways you can go. You can approach the search for the perfect neutral shade like your search for the best foundation for your skin tone. Which means you need to know your undertones. That can be accomplished by looking at the underside of your wrist. Blue veins equal cool undertones, green ones indicate warm undertones. If you can't ascertain either way, consider yourself a neutral. On the other hand, some experts recommend comparing your selection to the middle of your palm.
