There's definitely no shortage of celebrity beauty brands out there. Hailey Bieber has Rhode, which she just sold for a staggering $1 billion. Selena Gomez has Rare Beauty, Millie Bobby Brown has Florence by Mills, Rihanna has Fenty Beauty and we could go on and on. The hair care arena is getting especially crowded with everyone from Beyoncé to Blake Lively to Tracee Ellis Ross to Jennifer Aniston throwing their hats into the ring. Now Shakira steps up with her new hair care brand called Isima.
Shakira certainly knows a thing or two about hair since she regularly switches up her mane. All that styling and coloring can really do a number on anyone's strands so she set out to create a line catered to those of us dealing with complicated locks. Makes sense since the brand's name severs as a Spanish adverb meaning "extremely" or "very." There are eight hero products in the line's initial lineup, including a clarifying shampoo and a restorative leave-in conditioner. The scalp serum adds density, while the hair oil repairs. Hydrating shampoo and conditioner plus a curl protector as well as a triple-repair peptide mask round out the roster. Prices run from $32 to $42.
Head on over to Isima to join the waitlist because there will probably be a run on the bank once the brand officially launches on June 16.
