Festival fashion season officially kicked off this weekend with Coachella taking place in Indio, California and the celebrities didn't shy away from making a major style statement with this year's biggest trends. Lana Del Rey sizzled in a Swarovski-encrusted Dolce & Gabbana dress. Gwen Stefani continued her renaissance as a major headliner for the fest alongside band No Doubt commanding the stage in her signature unconventional way just days after her iconic NYLON cover. And Teyana Taylor and Megan Fox nailed Beyoncé-inspired cowboy core.

The internet is buzzing about pop icon Stefani who performed classic hits like "Just a Girl" and "Spiderwebs," wearing a cut-out multi-plaid jumpsuit custom-made by Ashton Michael layered over black fishnet tights along with glittery black boots from her favorite brand, Dr. Martens. Stefani then switched things up in a black-and-white Dolce & Gabbana shorts set brilliantly styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn. Gen Z favorite Olivia Rodrigo also appeared in the rock band's set to perform "Bathwater" wearing a white tank top that reads "I Heart ND" and her hair in buns, a sweet nod to Stefani's signature hairstyle in the early aughts.
Other stars like Sabrina Carpenter paid homage to Roberto Cavalli during their performance. The "Nonsense" artist donned two custom looks from the legendary designer, including an embellished sleeveless crop top paired with a khaki pleated miniskirt adorned with a panther waistband, a brown snakeskin leather jacket and brown boots. Carpenter followed up with an all-white ensemble featuring a feather-print mini dress with a sweetheart neckline, a matching skirt, a silk chiffon robe and platform heels. "Thank you to my incredible band, dancers, crew, team, friends, family for this special night I'll always remember. And a special thank you, it was an honor to wear 2 custom @roberto_cavalli looks on this day in memory. rest in peace," the singer wrote in an Instagram post.
