Now that it's officially fall, it's time for fall suits. They're one of the many perks of the season. Now you probably already have hourglass blazers hanging in your closet. But in case you want to diversify your portfolio, we're expanding our search to include all kinds of silhouettes.
Blazers can be nipped at the waist or more relaxed. Even oversized is alright. Cropped blazers can also work in fall with the right layering, of course. They're perfect for wearing over turtlenecks or button-downs.
Another thing to add to your suiting shopping list? Maxi skirt suits. Although be aware that the term maxi can mean anything from grazing ankles to puddling on the ground. Skip anything mini. Asymmetric midi skirts are perfectly acceptable, however.
Regarding colors, more autumnal hues prevail. Khaki, brown, olive green, navy and classic black all fit the bill. We did throw in a red hot set and a prime purple pick to shake things up a bit. On the fabric front, go with heftier materials like wool or even denim.
