Celebrities, sports stars, politicians, and business figures hit the 2024 Kentucky Derby red carpet to celebrate the historic race day's 150th anniversary— and the clear winner was fanciful spring florals. The style was very on trend for the 2024 Met Gala theme "Garden of Time" where the biggest celebrities will take to the red carpet tomorrow.
Showing off statement-making florals and bringing their race day fashion game to the track were Gina Torres (above and best dressed in our books), Martha Stewart, Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn Birkhead and father Larry Birkhead, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Jimmy Fallon and Wynonna Judd, who performed the national anthem at the Kentucky Derby 150 in Louisville. Travis Kelce—without Taylor Swift—was also trackside (in a white pin-striped suit and black fedora hat) to witness Mystik Dan become the official derby winner.

The father-daughter hit the red carpet in coordinating colors and Dannielynn looked chic in a red/orange midi dress with ruffled sleeves, floral motif and matching floral hair piece.

The Jamaican/American rapper was stunning in a garden-inspired floral maxi dress, accessories with a sculptural green hat and white Chanel quilted handbag.
Star Jones and Richard Lugo
The View host stunned in an icy blue mini dress with tonal blue. and green dramatic floral headpiece, green shoes and feathered bag.
Tina Knowles
Beyonce's mom slayed on the red carpet in a statement purple jacket with exaggerated floral detail wide buckle belt and an oversized black hat.
Brooks Nader
The model and actress also rocked another popular derby day trend, all white (Jimmy Fallon followed suit). Nader was simple chic in a body-accentuating white midi dress, floral sculptured headpiece and transparent white heels.
Rhonda Bridgeman and Justin Bridgeman
Trifecta Gala hosts Rhonda and Justin Bridgeman also coordinated a garden variety pink floral mini dress with an earthy brown suit.
Kenny Burns and Jessica Burns
In a sea of floral prints, the Burns' made a case for black and white and polka dots all over.

The culinary icon Martha Stewart was chic in a cream satin trouser suit and floral embellished hat.
